Irene Baker is an attorney and seasoned operations executive with more than 25 years of experience. At the firm, she focuses on trusts and estates, elder law, special needs planning, and guardianships. Prior to joining the firm, she served as Executive Director for Global Philanthropy at JPMorgan Chase & Co., overseeing more than $700 million in philanthropic and lending investments, and as Senior Vice President of Government Affairs at the Madison Square Garden Company. Earlier she served as Executive Counsel to then Attorney General Andrew Cuomo.
